Quality and inspection have always been a priority at Burton Industries. Soon to be added to our facility are two Kohyoung Zenith 2 AOI Systems. The addition of this inspection tool will bring capabilities that include:
*True 3D Inspection Performance with powerful side angle and side view cameras that quickly identify, measure, and analyze potential defects on hidden or obscured components. *Measures Defects in 11+ scenarios.*Defects are identified in real-time by removing the defected board off of the production line, which eliminates additional handling. *Ability to load customer data and specifications from Gerber Files, CAD Files, ODB++ Files, which decreases human error in programming.
